Local Solidarity: The Niedernhausen Local Advisory Board Supports a Youth Services Residential Group

Doing good together: The local council of the town of Niedernhausen has supported our residential group for children and adolescents with a donation of 600 euros. This support demonstrates how important local social engagement is and what a difference it can make for young people facing difficult life situations.

Our full-time residential social-educational group home offers eight young people aged 8 to 18 a stable home in a protected environment. Here, they experience structure, support, and individualized guidance to help them grow personally and socially. For many of these children and adolescents, the group home is not just a refuge but becomes a new home where they find safety and security. Our dedicated team of professionals supports them throughout this process and stands by their side with advice and assistance.

The donation from the local council will help make the children’s and adolescents’ daily lives even better. It enables us to offer additional recreational activities, further expand academic support, and make important purchases that facilitate life together in the residential group. It is precisely these funds that help us focus our efforts where they are most needed, so we can offer young people the best possible support on their journey.
