Naspa Foundation Supports Mindfulness Space

On December 10, 2024, a ceremony was held at Naspa’s offices in Wiesbaden to present grants from the Naspa Foundation under the motto “Ideas Become Reality.” A total of 41,100 euros was awarded to 23 organizations and initiatives active in the fields of education, social services, culture, and sports.

The Klarenthal Campus also had reason to celebrate: a grant of 2,000 euros will fund the creation of a mindfulness room. Here, our students learn and practice mindfulness and compassion—a valuable addition to our holistic educational program.

The symbolic presentation was made by Marcus Nähser, Chairman of the Board of the Naspa Foundation, and Gert-Uwe Mende, Mayor of Wiesbaden. In his speech, the mayor praised the dedication of everyone involved: “Your tireless commitment is at the heart of our community.” Representing EVIM on this special day were Carlos Müller (Managing Director of EVIM Education), Uwe Brecher (Principal of the Klarenthal Campus), and Dieter Nühlen (Fundraising Coordinator).

In addition to providing financial support, the event also offered an opportunity for exchange and networking. Projects like ours and many others demonstrate just how diverse and imaginative community engagement is in our region.
