dm-Drogeriemarkt is committed to helping older adults and those in need of care

Celebrating while thinking of others—that’s a wonderful initiative by dm-drogerie markt GmbH to mark its 50th anniversary. Each store focused on two projects that could be supported as part of this wonderful birthday campaign. At the large dm store in Walluf, the focus was on the EVIM Senior Center on Waltaffa-Weg. In the entrance area, customers could learn about the facility in advance or cast their votes directly. The voting resulted in EVIM taking first place and thus receiving a generous donation of 600 euros. “We are very pleased to be among the recipients of this support, which will enable us to offer additional activities for our residents,” said Jacov Micic, Director of Nursing Services, and Dieter Nühlen, Fundraising Coordinator at EVIM, in the presence of staff and customers. This wonderful initiative is a great example of civic engagement in action, as articulated in the mission statement of the company, which is committed to comprehensive sustainability.
