Working Together for People: effexx Donates 2,500 Euros to EVIM

EVIM and effexx have a long-standing partnership based on trust and shared experience. Their most recent meeting provided new insights and was more than just a simple donation handover.

On December 2, 2025, EVIM welcomed effexx Sicherheitstechnik GmbH to its offices for a donation ceremony that was more than just a formal meeting. The two companies have been working closely together in the real estate sector for many years. Their relationship is characterized by trust, professional rapport, and mutual respect. It was precisely this atmosphere that defined this year’s gathering.

Representing effexx were Managing Director Jürgen Krebs and Viktor Itermann from the sales department. On the EVIM side, representatives who have long been in contact with effexx participated: from real estate management, the board of directors, and fundraising. The group was familiar with one another. The participants knew each other from their joint work. In this open atmosphere, the question of how effexx’s support can help in concrete terms also came into focus.

A contribution with immediate impact

The donation of 2,500 euros is unrestricted and can be used where it makes the biggest difference. For EVIM, this means, among other things, support for upstairs, such as overnight accommodations in acute emergencies or creative projects like the painting program for seniors with dementia.

Precisely because the donation is not tied to a specific purpose, it opens up scope for action that is rarely a given in the day-to-day work of social services.

After the handover, a conversation developed about the long-standing collaboration, changes in the real estate world, technical developments, and the challenges both sides face.
