Let’s Do Good Together! Fundraiser by the Bundeswehr Competence Center

A few days ago, the director of the Wiesbaden Construction Management Competence Center at the Federal Office for Infrastructure, Environmental Protection, and Services of the Bundeswehr (BAIUDBw) and her assistant presented a check to EVIM Regional Director Patrick Lahr. It was particularly important to the employees of the Competence Center to support a regional aid project for young people. During last year’s Christmas party, the impressive sum of 2,033 euros was raised, which will now benefit the work of upstairs.

The Bundeswehr Competence Center is responsible for the federal states of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland. With approximately 100 employees, it manages, for example, the Bundeswehr Central Hospital in Koblenz, the Georg-Friedrich Barracks in Fritzlar, and many other facilities. During their site visit, the two women were able to learn firsthand about the “upstairs” project. They were impressed by the wide range of challenges that EVIM’s experts must overcome in their work with young people in need.

EVIM thanks the staff of the Wiesbaden Construction Management Competence Center for this welcome support!
