A Generous Donation for the EVIM Youth Services Emergency Shelter in Bad Vilbel!

The Reinhard, Wilhelm, and Heidemarie Schmidt Foundation donated 2,500 euros to EVIM Youth Services in Bad Vilbel.

A valuable contribution to the new emergency shelter: The Reinhard-Wilhelm-and-Heidemarie-Schmidt Foundation has awarded a total of 15,000 euros to five nonprofit organizations in Bad Vilbel. The EVIM Jugendhilfe emergency shelter received a generous donation of 2,500 euros.

Kristina Preisendörfer, regional director of EVIM Jugendhilfe, and Silas Ludwig (team leader of the emergency shelter) were delighted to accept the donation check from foundation board member Enrique Tortell. The funds will be specifically invested in equipping the new facilities to provide safe and secure shelter for young people in acute emergencies.

The new emergency shelter in Bad Vilbel offers a safe place to stay for the night to young people aged 14 to 18 for whom the regular support system no longer has solutions. It ensures short-term, straightforward emergency care and also facilitates professional crisis intervention.

A heartfelt thank you to the Reinhard-Wilhelm-and-Heidemarie-Schmidt Foundation for this wonderful support! Your commitment helps us give young people in difficult life situations a sense of hope for the future. (dn)
