A storefront upstairs

Under the motto “Your City, Your Passions,” the City of Wiesbaden’s Department of Economic Affairs, in collaboration with the Urban Development Corporation (SEG), has launched a special initiative to revitalize the vacant storefronts of the former Galeria Kaufhof and, in doing so, breathe new life into the downtown area. Organizations, institutions, and volunteers from the social, cultural, and sports sectors were invited to creatively design these storefronts. Our EVIM youth welfare project, upstairs, is also part of this initiative and is now on display on Schwalbacher Straße.

We really enjoyed setting up our storefront, and the result is quite impressive. We hope that many people passing by will take notice of “upstairs” and become interested in our valuable work. A QR code in the storefront window gives interested visitors the opportunity to learn more about “upstairs,” make a donation, and support our project.
